In Northern Iraq, four Turkish soldiers were killed in two distinctive attacks which are to be blamed on Kurdish militants, reported a Turkish Military today.
Yesterday in Zap region of Northern Iraq, other five soldiers were injured when two explosive devices exploded. The army blamed the “Separatist Terrorist organization” – Turkey’s official term for outlawed Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) for the blasts.
Immediately Conflicts broke out after the first attack as it reported it had killed 16 PKK members in air strikes in past 24 hours. The group has been noticed as a Terrorist Organization by Ankara, the United States and the European Union.
