Staying motivated

We all have encountered a moment when we see a motivational video or a speech and immediately get motivated and promise ourselves not to waste any more time and start working hard. But in majority of the cases within a few hours all that zeal and motivation cools down and we become ourselves again. This has been a problem since ages and today I would share a few tips on how to remain focused and motivated throughout.
Firstly, you have to accept the fact that you do not have all the time in the world to accomplish your goals. Limited time limits the amount of leisure you can afford to have in your daily life. Stop wasting time and make full use of the limited time you have. Focus on the prize and not the problems associated with it. More often than not we tend to ponder too much on the obstacles and forget the prize. Always remember why you started and focus on the rewards and success.

Have a simple plan and stay hungry. Never distract yourself from the worldly talks and follow your plan. Sometimes we also have to fake it. By this I mean even though we are down and lack energy to complete our goals we have to falsely tell our self that we are happy. This sends a positive message to the brain and that positivity will later reflect on our actions. We also have to prepare for the worst.

Life is not a fairy tale and we have to accept that fact that everything might not always pan out just the way we would want it to be. But that does not mean we stop. We have to continue. Never get afraid of failure. Push yourself to the limit and leverage on your strengths.
