In reference to the incidents of rape in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kadua and Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that such incidents are definitely embarrassing for civil society and in these cases, no criminal will remain, justice will be done.
Modi said, “The kind of incidents we have seen in the past, they challenge the concept of social justice. The incidents that are discussed in the last two days are definitely embarrassing for any civilized society. ‘
The Prime Minister said, “As a society, we all are ashamed of it as a country.” They said, ‘Our daughters will get justice.’
During the inauguration of Dr. Ambedkar National Memorial in Alipur, Delhi, Modi said, “In any state of the country, such incidents in any area shock our human sensibilities. I want to convince the country that no criminal will escape, justice will be done and it will be complete. No criminal will survive. ‘
It is notable that various opposition parties, including Congress, have called a tirade against the government for these incidents of rape in Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Last night, under the leadership of Congress President Rahul Gandhi at the India Gate, the Congress had taken candle march against these incidents, in which Priyanka Gandhi was involved.
Nonetheless, Modi said, ‘We have to work together to eliminate this internal evil of our society.’
The Prime Minister said that he had the courage to speak from the Red Fort that when the late arrival, not the girl, ask the boys why they were so long because those who commit such heinous crimes are the sons of somebody.
He said, “We have to strengthen our family system, from social values to justice system, for this we will be able to create Baba Saheb’s dream of India, create new India. ‘
